Then put in a large fry pan and spread it around. It will make a very thin, crepe-like pancake. While this is cooking, heat your raspberries up with a little splenda or FF jam. Put the raspberries on top of the cooked pancake, top with a little cool whip and if you want, roll it up, crepe-style. Another option is to top with a little sugar free syrup. Counts as 1 breakfast entree + 1 protein + 1 fruit serving + free food
