recipe from Recipe Xchange at http://plussizenow.com/ns/ Frozen Layered Chocolate Dessert Cup Submitted By: IrishGirl Ingredients 1 package NutriSystem Chocolates LF Peanut Butter FF Cool Whip Hershey's Baking Cocoa ICBINB spray Directions melt the chocolates in the microwave, adding a couple of sprays of ICBINB and about 1 teaspoon of water, stirring occasionally. Spoon into the bottom of a glass custard cup. In a separate bowl, mix 1-2 teaspoons of peanut butter with 1-2 teaspoons of cool whip until creamy. Spoon over chocolate. In another bowl, mix another 2 teaspoons of cool whip with about 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder. Spoon that on top and freeze the whole thing. You can either eat it out of the bowl or invert it on a plate and drizzle with Walden Farm's SF choclate sauce. Variations Add kahlua SF syrup to the chocolate whip portion or some powdered coffee for a change of taste. Counts as 1 NS dessert + 1 fat + about 80 "free calories"
