More Than a Trifle
Submitted By: Melinda Zupaniotis [visit her site www.m-powerment.com]
Ingredients
1 package NutriSystem vanilla pudding
1/4 banana, frozen
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced and frozen
2 Tablespoon Redi-whip light chocolate whipped cream
1 Tablespoon almonds, slivered and toasted (optional)
Directions
According to directions on the packaging, mix the pudding and set aside. Slice the frozen banana into as many slices as possible (Hint: the banana will be easier to slice with the skin on. Once sliced, simply remove the outer ring of skin on each slice. Quick and easy!)
Using a clear decorative container (large glass ramekin, an oversized margarita glass, glass bowl, etc), begin to layer the trifle; bananas on the bottom layer, then a thin layer of pudding, then some strawberries then a thin layer of pudding, then a layer of whipped cream, then more strawberries and then the final remnants of the pudding. (You can also layer as you wish!)
If you choose to use the almonds, toast them lightly in a skillet with a touch of cooking spray, then put them on the very top.
Put saran wrap on top of the container and chill until you are ready to eat. YUM!
Variation: You can also make it with chocolate pudding with regular whipped cream, or FF cool whip.

Chocolate Cream Pie (Makes 3 Servings)
Submitted By: Madelyn McGrath
Ingredients
1 NutriSystem biscotti, any flavor
1 package NutriSystem chocolate pudding
1/2 cup skim milk
vanilla
fat free whipped topping, optional
1 teaspoon semi-sweet chocolate shavings, optional
Directions
Smash biscotti in wrapper with 5-pound weight until crumbed, then line 3 dessert cups with this "crust". (You could splash a little milk to moisten each or leave it crumbly.)
Mix NS chocolate pudding using 4 oz. ff milk in place of water.
Add splash of vanilla (You could add 1 1/2 T. of ff whip topping to make creamier, I like mine regular)
Fill the crust-lined dessert cups with equal thirds of pudding mix.
Top with a small dollop of ff whipped topping.
Shave or grate a smidgen of good quality semi-sweet chocolate on top (I like my food pretty)
Chill to set.
